Lip Service Xo is the brain child of MAKEUP ARTIST AND texas native, Billy Mercer. while living in brooklyn, Billy felt there was a need to take peoples usual glam sessions to the next level. how did he do that? by taking them from a salon to the comfort of their very own home. SO he packed his bags (and dogs) and headed back home to austin in 2014 to launch the concierge service. after coming in with a bang and winning “Best of AUSTIN” awards, it was time to take things to the next level. once again.

fast forward to november 2016: the xo custom lip bar came to fruition because mercer wanted to “seal the deal with a hug and a kiss” after his clients kept asking about what to touch-up their lips with after a glam session. (Hence the name!) And because it matters, it was important that the products be all natural and cruelty free! the lip bar started off in a studio in tarrytown by appointment only and got to know austin at local pop-ups. THAT’S WHY WE ARE HITTING THE ROAD THIS SUMMER, ALL OVER AUSTIN & BEYOND, TO BRING THE XO CUSTOM BLEND BAR TO A LOCATION NEAR YOU!
